PC/Windows Computers:
To select multiple Communities or Data Items that are NOT next to each other on the list, do this:
- In the "Communities" or "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Community or Data Item you want to select.
- While holding down the CTRL Key , click each additional Community or Data Item you want to select.

Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data Item from your selection list, hold down the CTRL Key, and then click on the Community or Data Item.
To select a group of Communities or Data Items that are next to each other on the list, do this:
- In the "Communities" or "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Community or Data Item in the series
you want to select.
- While holding down the SHIFT Key , click on the last Community or Data Item in the series you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data Item from your selection list, hold down the CTRL Key, and then click on the Community or Data Item.
Macintosh Computers:

- While holding down the Apple/Command Key , click each additional Community or Data Item you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data Item from your selection list, hold down the Apple/Command Key, and then click on the Community or Data Item.
