The Department is a partner in the Alaska Coastal Management Program (ACMP). As required by Alaska state law (AS 44.31.781), DCRA provides research, training, and technical assistance to coastal districts for the development, implementation, and maintenance of district coastal management plans. This includes the direct granting of ACMP funds to coastal districts. |
