Commissioner Emil Notti from the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development presented the Made In Alaska, 2009 Manufacturer of the Year award to Daryl Sobek Insulfoam. Bill Webb from Webb Consulting who oversees the program for the State was also in attendance as the program manager.
