BULLETIN B 01-13

TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES

RE: ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA

On July 26, 2001, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 01-11, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary.

The purpose of this bulletin is to amend Bulletin B 01-11 by making the following changes:

39330 UNITED CAPITOL INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby removed from the list.

40991 KEMPER INDEMNITY INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby added to the list.

All other information in Bulletin B 01-11 remains in effect until further notice.
