TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: DELETIONS FROM THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On January 29, 2002, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 02-04, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. The purpose of this bulletin is to amend Bulletin B 02-04 by making the following changes: 36940 INDIAN HARBOR INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby removed from the list. 29912 LEGION INDEMNITY COMPANY is hereby removed from the list. All other information in Bulletin B 02-04 remains in effect until further notice. Dated this 3rd day of May, 2002, at Anchorage, Alaska. |
