RE: CHANGE OF PLAN ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE ALASKA COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE ASSOCIATION

On July 1, 2002, the Alaska Comprehensive Health Insurance Association (ACHIA) plan administrator changed from Aetna to Benefit Management, Inc. (BMI).

Effective immediately, please cease using and destroy all applications and forms that direct applicants to send their first premium checks to Aetna at the Hartford, Connecticut address. The current ACHIA application, dated 07/02, may be downloaded from the Internet at the following web address: www.achia.com
