Board Disciplinary Actions

The Board may impose a disciplinary sanction on a person holding a certificate or permit under AS 08.84 or 12 AAC 54 if the Board finds that the person has violated any of the provisions in these chapters.  One role of the Board includes the duty to enforce the statutes and regulations.  They may hold hearings and order the disciplinary sanctions as needed.
