Handmade Holiday Market

Event Description:

Craft community with Fairbanks Arts and Pioneer Park at the Handmade Holiday Market! This gathering aims to connect artists, artisans, and creatives with the broader community and with one another. It is a celebratory Market for promoting locally crafted art, treats, and objects resulting from time, skill, and creativity. The 2023 Market event welcomed over 3,500 visitors from around Interior Alaska! This is an inclusive, family-friendly event– in addition to vendors, the Market features musicians, a charitable “CommuniTree” where guests can leave gifts for a local charity, free train rides, Pioneer Park’s annual tree lighting ceremony, and more. The Handmade Holiday Market is also an important fundraising and outreach event for Fairbanks Arts Association as a nonprofit whose mission is to promote the arts in Interior Alaska.
