State Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Board Board Members The Board of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy consists of seven members appointed by the Governor: One licensed physician; three licensed physical therapists or two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant; two licensed occupational therapists or one occupational therapist and one occupational therapy assistant; and one public member with no direct financial interest in the health care industry. Members are appointed for staggered terms of four years. Members serve until they are replaced or resign.
