The Division of Insurance is committed to providing all public records allowed by law without unreasonable delay.

To fully understand this process, you may want to review the Alaska Public Records Act and the regulations created under its authority. You also may want to discuss your request with an attorney of your choosing. Please note: the division cannot provide legal advice, nor can it recommend an attorney.

The use of this form is not required for any public records request; it is only offered for the convenience of the person making the request.
