Vessels For Sale

The Division of Investments offers for sale vessel(s) listed below. Complete information regarding the vessel(s), sale procedures, financing information, and loan application packages may be obtained by contacting us at 1-800-478-LOAN (5626) or (907) 465-2510 or e-mail: investments@alaska.gov or our web site: www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/inv/. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any and all offers. All decisions are final. This sale is governed by 3 AAC 77.010-.900.

OFFERS DUE: Written offers signed by the party(ies) making the offer may be submitted at any time and must contain the following information: buyers(s) name, mailing address, telephone number, the amount of the offer, and indicate if offer is cash or finance offer. Offers may be handwritten or a Vessel Offer Form has been provided for convenience. We reserve the right to request additional information to complete or supplement any offer.

OFFERS SUBMITTED TO: Mailed to: Division of Investments, PO Box 110802, Juneau, AK 99811-0802, Attention: Repossessed Property Officer. Delivered to: Division of Investments, 333 Willoughby, SOB 9th Floor, Juneau, AK 99801 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., local time. All offers will be reviewed.

TERMS OF SALE: Minimum 10% down payment within 15 days of acceptance of the offer, with the balance due within 30 days on cash sales. Financing may be available. If financing is requested, a completed loan application package with all necessary fees should be included with the offer, but must be received by us no later than 15 days after acceptance of the offer, together with the down payment.

All items are sold as is, where is, with no implied or expressed warranty of condition whatsoever.

The division reserves the right to refuse any and all offers.

If no offer is accepted, we may accept and review new offers without re-advertising. Offers are not binding unless accepted by us in writing and are subject to approval of vessel transfer.
