Roster Requests

You may download a complete roster of nurse licensees. Keep in mind that not every computer is compatible to retrieving the information on-line. Other alternatives include purchasing a CD-Rom of desired license types. A paper roster of nursing licensees may be purchased for $15.00.

The cost for the CD-Rom is $100.00. The CD-Rom includes all licensed professions or just those you are interested in.
